Prajwal is an AI-focused business analyst with six years mapping how work really gets done, redesigning operational workflows, and driving measurable efficiency gains across financial services, fintech and technology. He is finishing an MSc in Data Analytics at Dublin City University, specialising in machine learning, cloud technologies and data visualisation.

He currently leads AI workflow discovery and redesign for a Dublin technology company, coordinating with product, engineering and leadership teams to identify friction points and align on AI-enabled solutions, and leads a team of eleven through that process. His approach centres on client discovery, stakeholder workshops, and hands-on training that helps teams adopt new ways of working and make it stick, turning manual, repetitive processes into faster, AI-assisted workflows with a clear before and after.

Before moving into AI workflow consulting, Prajwal spent several years in financial services operations: mapping client onboarding workflows as the primary point of contact for global investment banking clients at a major financial services firm, and running service-request and reporting workflows at a large global IT services company. Across both roles, he redesigned processes that improved reporting accuracy and visibility, reduced manual effort, and cut recurring service disruptions.
