Aidan helps SMEs identify, design and implement practical AI solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows and augment their workforce. Combining nearly two decades of engineering experience with enterprise software leadership and modern AI technologies, he works with organisations to turn AI from an interesting idea into measurable business value.

Before specialising in software and AI, Aidan spent almost 20 years delivering complex Building Management System projects across commercial buildings, data centres and critical infrastructure. This practical engineering background shaped his collaborative, problem-solving approach and continues to influence how he designs AI solutions that integrate into real operational environments.

Today, Aidan advises organisations on AI strategy, readiness and adoption while also delivering the technical implementation. His expertise includes AI workflow automation, AI agent development, mobile AI applications and custom AI solutions using modern large language models, agent frameworks and workflow automation platforms. His ability to combine executive-level advisory with hands-on technical delivery allows clients to move quickly from strategy to implementation.

Throughout his career, Aidan has delivered enterprise software for global organisations in healthcare, agri-tech, communications and fintech, led development teams, and built more than 50 application prototypes and MVPs. Most recently, he is leading the redevelopment of a production mobile application using AI agents as a collaborative development team, demonstrating practical AI-assisted software delivery in a live commercial project.

A regular technology speaker and multiple hackathon winner, Aidan enjoys helping organisations understand where AI can genuinely improve the way people work. His philosophy is that AI should augment people rather than replace them, enabling teams to spend less time on repetitive work and more time creating value.
