Wicklow, IrelandEthan has a background spanning private equity research, financial markets, and legal analysis. His experience includes work with a US private equity firm, supporting deal evaluation and investment analysis, and he serves as a Judicial Assistant within the Irish Judiciary, developing the analytical, regulatory and documentation skills that go into building compliant, data-driven transaction workflows.
He holds a Master's degree in Commerce, specialising in Finance, Investment and Trade, with training in valuation, financial modelling, M&A, and strategic management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Law. At Irish AI Consultancy, Ethan leads product direction and market analysis, and led the build of our first prototype MVP.
As Lead Project Manager, Ethan leads engagements with a financial, M&A or compliance dimension, work where valuation, deal structuring or regulatory-aware process design are central.
Ethan is also Co-Founder of ZellCo.io, an AI-powered M&A advisory platform giving accountants and business advisors the tools to manage client exits and connect with buyers under their own brand.
